because if your power is low, level doesn't really mean anything, it's totally superficial,how awkward would it be to be beaten by players 10 lvls lower than you yet still have a higher power?especially when servers merge in the future, events like the sage war will sort players by power, so people tend to not want to level to maximize their advantage in war.

they all give the same exp, you can check by sweeping them.the person might be referring to exp reward from quests the ask you to clear a specific instance.also just a suggestion, exp is not the key point of the game,what you want is to have a high power and low level

that's because you're using autoattacking order is generally referring to who attacks first when more than one ninja, such as you and your opponent, or your own ninjas are activating their mysteries, not which mystery is chosen to be activated in auto, cuz that's a totally different story.in auto, damage causing mysteries, especially barriers are always prioritized over non-damage causing ones.it has nothing to do with your ninjas initiatives and moving order. such that in auto battle, controlling mysteries such as interruptions will be used when your enemy is activating their mystery, and when your team is not at full health, your medic will be prioritized to use their healing skills etc
