depends on ninjutsu stat of the ninja who heals you, so basically, boost the ninjutsu attribute to healing ninjas for best effect

what about poison? does it scale with ninjutsu of the caster? And the ignite scales on the inflicted opponent's hp right?

pretty sure poison is based off the max hp of the target.
