if i was you i would wait to pull him in sage treasure that way you will have a better chance to get sage naruto to 4star with the frag's you already have.if you get the farg's and recruit him then pull him in sage you will only get 20 frag's for his dupe.but if you hold on to the frags and pull him in sgae you will have him 3star then you c*e what ever frag's you get to make him 4star.but it's all up to you hope it help's

nothing in this event is worth spending on.the ninja they are given away are far out of the meta and you would need alot of bp to make the ninja work.the only thing that maybe worth are the refine's you can pickup in naruto's BDAY the rest of them are not worth it unless you have money to burn then go for secret shop and buy asumaWB he's a good ninja to use.or you can just save your cp/ingot for a better event that will give you more power

most RNG event's in this game arn't worth going for your better off doing event's that will give you better BP.as for spending ingot think about it if a spender is going to spend real money on a event are you going to give him what he want's or are you going too milk as much money from him by lowering his RNG.(WE ALL KNOW THAT GREED IS REAL)found that out the hard way

this is why i think spending in this game is a rip you will have a better chance with RNG event's if your a free 2 play player they seem to lower the RNG on spender's so they have to use more ingot to try and get what they want.you really want to spend your ingot on BP at least you know what your going to get.(i know it sound's bad but that's just the way it is)the lower the drop chance on a player who spend's the more money oasis make's.i could be wrong but when you see alot of big spender's get jack all from the event you have to ask yourself is it rigged or is it badluck
