nothing in this event is worth spending on.the ninja they are given away are far out of the meta and you would need alot of bp to make the ninja work.the only thing that maybe worth are the refine's you can pickup in naruto's BDAY the rest of them are not worth it unless you have money to burn then go for secret shop and buy asumaWB he's a good ninja to use.or you can just save your cp/ingot for a better event that will give you more power

Advanced refines are cheaper in the treasure of the sages though. If you still havent passed medium thread AND refine level, you can buy mission gift boxes and get charms- that event has similar efficiency as lucky board. As I said though, only if you havent passed that level, since after that mission mobilisation box rewards value severely diminishes. Other than that, few adv threads wont hurt, since currently theres no other way to obtain them other than 1per 4days from space time shop.
