Another problem, however, is that when that clone is dead, you don't get it back (unless Mu dies AND resurrects), and it reduces your damage output significantly.

Azure Fang, Ningendo, Ao, MeiHuge on interrupts, I had this for a long time and did some major damage.Was apparently very annoying in Survival, too.Definitely one of my best teams.

Not necessarily. Some games base their premises on aesthetics. Everything can be accessed in the game if you put time and effort, and paying players don't have much of an advantage. For example, some timers can be removed, such as the one in the Ranked Battles. Non-paying members don't mind that.Alternatively, aesthetic items (skins) can be bought. They don't modify the core of the game, but makes you look * cool. Shape shifting cards, for example, fall into this category.But the way this (and allegedly most other "F2P") game is built, paying members will keep creating this gap between them and the non-paying member base. This will have the result of breaking the balance, and irritate the non-paying players, who will just quit playing because they can't catch on.Then the few paying players will be left alone, which will make things boring, and they will stop playing as well.And then you have empty servers.Great recipe if you want to get quick money with a game and then let it die.
