EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW!!!!I have first opened a ticket in which I explained how i spun the lucky wheel(the one that costs 10 ingots) and did not recieve any rewards but lost 10 ingots, THIS HAPPENED ON 04/21/2018 After a couple of days they said they will investigate and refound me.1 week passes, nothing happens, i reply to them saying that I am still waiting, they reply back saying that they need higher aproval and it should be over soon, another week passes, nothing happens, they close the ticket( UNDERSTAND THAT I DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING, NOT EVEN AN ANSWER)I open another ticket because the previous they mark as "Solved", THEY ALSO SAY THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT AGAIN, 5 DAYS PASS, NO REPLY.KEEP IN MIND FELLAS, THIS IS OASIS YOU ARE DEALING WITH, YOU HAVE A BUG AND GET BITTEN BY IT, THEY JUST HOPE YOU FORGET ABOUT YOUR INGOTS/CUPONS AND DON'T GIVE A * RAT'S ASS!!!

yeah, sometimes i forget my naruto on, and my kid draws 10x seals a lot(he's 2, he does not understand what he does), i must've lost 100 seals this way...but i did not come to post here because it was my fault to begin with

Actually the plunder system is not unfair towards weaker players...The plunderers have a chance of getting 0 cupons in a day(it has happened to me numerous times), while the convoyers have a 100% chance of getting cupons. There's also the 10 lvl system wich says you can't plunder anyone with more than 10 lvls under you so the new players are just fine.

First of all guys, you gotta understand something.You gotta understand that they look at us like we're numbers on a sheet...They don't see our interest, they only see a sheet on wich it says that there are 50.000 players(an imaginary number) that do not spend at all...They gotta rectify that "problem"(because in their eyes 50.000 players that don't spend are seen as a problem, they do not care that the 10.000 spenders stay because they got these 50.000 players to bully around, or befriend them, they only care about the fact that there are 50.000 players that simply do not spend but want to have a fair game, so what do they do next?They try to force them into so called "incredible deals", deals that appear fabulous, but we know best, we know that they forced the game into a state where these "fabulous deals" are *, a state where these so called "fabulous deals" were ignored and people were saying "* events, next week", now they hope the same players will be like"OMFG THESE EVENTS ARE SO NICE, GJ OASIS"...Remember guys: The Project Manager is the person that believes that 9 women can deliver 1 baby in 1 month. This is exactly what's hapening here.

Well if you ask me, i think that they are actually trying to force non-spenders into a state of mild spending...These new changes make that 300 ingot pack(the one that gives 300 cupons once and 50 every day) seem like a huuuge deal...they'll basically kill all f2p players, or force them into easy p2w(I think they try to force every single player to spend at least 10$/month in order to stay competitive)

it will be a sad day for f2p when 4.0 arrives...The changes to convoy/plunder will be these:-You can both convoy and punder -Plunder will cost 15 ingots -Convoy will reward 35 cupons, 30 cupons if plundered...Basically we're gonna be able to make now 1k cupons/month from plunder, while we are making 4500 now....Prices on stuff won't change(or will get more expensive, like lucky board becoming 50 cp a dice), so basically p2w will get same value for their money, while f2p can only watch hopeless how they got no chance of ever getting that ninja they want(joinin minato for example costs 15k cupons, before 4.0 you could farm him in 3 months, after 4.0 it will virtually take you 15 months)
