At least you got 50 frags lol, I did the same and only got stars (2.8 average) and summon scrolls, not even shurado frags or 1 seal scroll. I contacted customer service, basically their reply was "tough *, better lucky next time". I asked to speak with someone that could actually answer my inquiry properly, got a reply back "we're looking into your case, please be patient" that was over 10 days ago...this wasn't the first time I got such reply too and always I never hear back from them after that.

What they did with the polls are just same as what they did/doing with the server merge requests. They pretend they care by asking players to leave info on the server merge request thread when none of the requests mattered in their decision making. I'm pretty sure the most important factor they look at is if the servers have any spenders. Look at all the early servers that got merged like kaizer's, kahpow's, agarthor's, a*umedparasite's, all have big spenders. Ofc it makes business sense to put spenders together so they compete with each other. While months after months my server that has relatively low spenders are still waiting for a merge. I stopped posting after posting every week for 3 months, just a waste of time and effort.And they claim they'll "make a bigger effort to merge more servers every two weeks", what a joke, how is merging 3 servers per region every 2 weeks a bigger effort??? 1. Server ID: S15 Temari2. Server Region: NY3. Server Age: 9 months4. Sage Battlefield: down to about 10-12 players per field the past few weeks, many players running alts and other players' accounts5. Time taken to kill World Boss: about 10 minutes6. No. of group participating in Great Ninja War: 2 large groups (same one always wins), 2 much smaller groups barely able to attend running alts7. Average Power Rank of Top 5, Top 10, Top 20 : AVG Top 5 : 60k, AVG top 10 : 55k, AVG Top 20 : 45kDon't even know why I bother to keep posting week after week hoping for a miracle, obviously you don't listen to us players. I can tell you even if you merge us right now, which will most likely be with 2 other dying servers, it won't help things much. [Help] Wondering about the servers being added vs merging

I'm on S15, our server's been dying for some times now, so many players have quit, I have been posting on the server merging request every week for months now and see no results. My fear is that by the time they finally get around to merge us there won't be much active players left and we'd be merged with other dead servers most likely and it will not help things much. They really need to merge us older servers before more people quit.I recently made a toon on S1, so jealous of how active they are. If I had known I would've started there even though I'd probably never be #1 but at least I'd have more fun playing.
