Hashi is there to be the main damage dealer, and to give extra chases to Shizune and Naruto to get more combos. Shizune causes ignite and some good damage with her mystery, which we use first round with the help of chakra from lightning main. Naruto chase also causes ignite, so the rogue ninjas will always be getting damaged. So in the end, the rogue ninjas are defeated and konoha ninjas are never hurt

almost all the ninjas you put there besides Madara 5K they wouldn't even give full frags, maybe only 45, or not even put them in fireworks. Ronin, Shisui kimono and Susanoo are op ninjas that oasis can still make money off of so they probably not putting them in free events.
