Exactly. Event info should fully be displayed in the game. You shouldn't have to search forums or somewhere outside the game to learn how to play the game. People might learn after doing it to try teaming up to beat it, but you can't even team up inside the instance... You have to team first and then enter as a team and once people see that they can't team up inside it, they will assume that you can't team at all... This also occured with me the first time that Sakura Origiri event happened. It just says, "help Sakura out" or whatever and the only thing you can do is click on a *on to buy Origiri. I thought it was just a P2W event until finally on the last day someone in my group told me that you can click on Sakura's name in the event and it will run you to her so you can help her out for a free daily...

Have you used the support ticket before? I have and either the response isn't relative to what I was trying to say or you just get a generic answer. The support ticket is basically what happens when you call a big business and you have to go through all the automated questions first. What I'm talking about is when you press 0 during that call to talk to an actual person.

We shouldn't need to follow a Facebook page to learn about server maintenance/bugs. Most games release information like that inside the game, but this game can't even fix German translations being in the US servers so I guess that's asking too much.

+1 And also having to go to Discord of all programs to contact a moderator? Not everyone uses Discord and I find it hard to believe that there isn't an easier way to contact a moderator... You'd think there would be a more professional way to contact them.

Yeah, I have all lvl 3s on my main and some on my other ninja and the wish bar never got over half full doing those. Then the event happens and I've used over 30 charms to upgrade lvl 1s and 2s and not 1 level up...
