Hello. This is a common bug because the event came out faster and earlier than it was suppose to. Next time read facebook posts of the official page and wait a little bit longer for the big maintenance. Thanks

We shouldn't need to follow a Facebook page to learn about server maintenance/bugs. Most games release information like that inside the game, but this game can't even fix German translations being in the US servers so I guess that's asking too much.

Stfu. Common bug my ass. It is oasis fault. 90% of players do not read Facebook and most of them do not even know the new domain for forums. There are suppossed to be no bugs in the first place. It is totally Oasis fault for putting the events earlier than they should thus they own thousands of coupons/ingots to the players. Stop defending them or even talk in their place.
