His 12% is based on ninjutsu which is decent but he's meant for earth teams so unless you are running atleast 3 earth ninja or 2 that deal alot of damage you shouldn't use him I use him in ranked and ninja war cause everybody gets the buff if the use earth ninjas and he can combo up to 8+ with right ninjas also he isn't like earth main or gears and can be knocked up and combo

Sasuke and Karin combo alot together as well and kakashi is even more what makes most combos is which chase you pick for your team

Neji in front ur main in row 2 and kakashi and kankuro in back they can combo up to 7 with right talent and summon plus neji is an interrupt kakashi causes ignite and paralyze and kankuro does some damage and poison

I've used jirobo and Kiba with main since his ability only gives boost to three earth ninja and use tsunade with them or even kabuto you get heals either way and kabutos heal triggers jirobos curse mark because of the one damage dealt
