Question should be masked man or jonin minato. You can get sage naruto by seal scrolls or free draws. Depends on your play style, control or damage. Frankly, I prefer masked man over jonin due to his control and his array of skills is unique. He can stop a team that relies on buffs or root of warrior such as lightning wind blade asuma and the high growth rate iruka If you plan to spend in the future, just get hokage minato. I heard he will get skillbooks in the future. Jonin is more like a glorified temari swimsuit(a future ninja which can be obtained at a cheaper price) But the decision is up to you.

What if you only have 9 seals and 9 fragments and yearn to draw 10 and you already recharged? Who wants to go to a p2w server? Human nature-people want to dominate That goes against human nature because only a few in that p2w will dominate Why would you spend if you can't get 1st place? Just go to a normal server and dominate there

True, right now they are trying to milk masked man and jonin minato before they decrease the price by a little bit. Yes, you can get a few frags of so called rare ninjas in events but you will behind in refines and other power related items. The point is, as a f2p, you are not supposed to get it. It is exclusive to payers. Yes, you are able to save 10-15k coupons for jonin, obito, or hidan but you are still behind power.

you need someone that removes buffs(han great ninja war, wind main, masked man,etc) Without that 100% resistance, lightning main is quite squishy to poison, ignite, other debuffs.
