Your not getting your coupons back had the same problem takes a week for the dev team to tell you info you already know no point In contacting support when you don’t get any support just bull* it’s sad how many players get left with this problem and get no help after 3 years they can’t even come up with a different excuse just the same copy and pasted responses while there are actually people like mods trying to help it really doesn’t matter since they don’t have any power to support us would also like to add i dont wanna project myself onto you I’m upset as I lost 56000 ingots a lot more then you but it shouldn’t matter the amount if a player needs support they should be givin the support not crappy response like I have stated Excuse my language

i did not use paypal i dont want any legal issue with my bank or anything like my card to get blocked and have to wait for a new one can you explain what would happen also i put alot into this account i would hate to do this because support cant help me like this must be such a common and easy thing to take care of
