[ Bugs ] Coupons and ingots vanished

My coupons and ingots vanished upon log-in. I had abou 5,700 coupons and 217 ingots when I logged out. The when I logged in, they vanished. It said in the fukurokumaru's deal that I spent them. The only thing is I did not. If I did something would have been added to my inventory or to my power. But nothing happened of that sort. I also did not check any auto-upgrade in any interface. Please return my coupons. This is really depressing. I worked hard for those coupons. Kyohei from S1545 Hokage Style

Hello, if you did any auto-upgrading with an "auto-buy" option, it is possible that the game used your coupons for your there; however, does anyone else have access to your account? Is it possible they used your coupons? If these are not the case, please contact CS via a ticket, and they will be able to assist you.

My account is exlusive to me. And as I have mentioned before, i did not check any auto-upgrading. Plus I already sent a ticket to the customer support. They said that they don't have information about when the development team will be able to provide a feedback or if my concern will just be a forgotten memory.

Your not getting your coupons back had the same problem takes a week for the dev team to tell you info you already know no point

In contacting support when you don’t get any support just bull* it’s sad how many players get left with this problem and get no help after 3 years they can’t even come up with a different excuse just the same copy and pasted responses while there are actually people like mods trying to help it really doesn’t matter since they don’t have any power to support us would also like to add i dont wanna project myself onto you I’m upset as I lost 56000 ingots a lot more then you but it shouldn’t matter the amount if a player needs support they should be givin the support not crappy response like I have stated
