Game itself is dying, people finaly realized that Oasis does not listen, and only care about money... majority of posts have been negative towards them, also they were reported to Eu cyber police for scamming it's customers, *load of ingots got *lost* or they took more than a month to return the cash.... in short they are doing things against the law.

They dont need ther permission btw, and they didnt fix or add anything new since the game came out, the same bugs are still around, balance is a mess, p2w/f2p brackets do not exist... it's a money sink since day 1, reason why most of us stoped paying.

They lack a proper MM, and they did not adjust it since day 1, if you ask me it is to make whales happy, since if you add more and more servers, you get more and more lowbies, that a whale can beat asap... so less stress for them.

To be honest it's not worth it, Oasis is well known as a money grabbing company, special after so many years of naruto online, other sites for games alredy posted to stay away from ther products, it's not and i repeat its not in the favor of a player. Tho it seems strange since they should be making games for us, not them... i mean that's where the money is. With the path that they took i wont be surprised if it goes down the drain soon, but you can give it a go, just dont spend any cash :)
