That's how all the plot instances work. They scale enemy power based on your character level down to a certain minimum power. That's why stuff like the blue circle in Scout Deadwood Forest at the first level you can do it is something absurd like 50k, but eventually as you level up it goes down to 19k. It's also why all the posts of people saying "I beat it at ### power" aren't all that helpful without also including their level.Some of the scaling is odd though. For a lot of the earlier instances, the blue circles are weak enough that you don't need to come back to them later. And as mentioned, the initial level 80 blue circles aren't very hard, especially compared to Final Trial.

You're not only getting Mei for that 12k though. You're also getting roughly 12k worth of stuff along with Mei. If you don't care about the other stuff you're getting or think it's not worth the price, then this is a bad event to try to get Mei.Personally, I agree the other stuff you get doesn't seem worth it and the cost of the Mei frags seems too high, but it's a misrepresentation to just say Mei costs over $200.

I think that's right if you wanted it immediately. It's a little pricey, but it doesn't actually COST that much, you just need to spend the ingots to get the points (so you're also getting whatever you spent your ingots on). I think the idea is that you also get some points from clearing plot/elite instances so you can collect a few frags for free during the event as well and can piece it together over a few months. But they know some people don't want to wait a few months and will pay the $$$ to have it now...hence the crazy price.People who just want the tortoise might want to wait until there's an event where you can buy the frags more directly.

I don't have Mifune/Darui so I can't test it, but try your team on auto (after making sure to set them like the person below you said) vs the Kakashi clone solo and then a team of Kakashi clones. If Darui is casting first against the team but Mifune is casting first against the solo Kakashi, that means the game is considering Mifune's mystery as a "single target priority." If that's the case, I'm not sure if there is a way to stop the auto battle AI from casting Darui > Mifune when facing a full team of enemies (like on round 2 of the fight).Otherwise the setup that was posted should work.
