Retested everything with your comment in mind and well, results were somewhere in between... There really are groups of debuffs that have the same priority (and I would SWEAR they were not there during the first testing), but they are different from those that you've posted. Plus, if there are multiple debuffs from the same group; the LAST debuff will be removed, not first. And reapplying the debuff doesn't change the order. Guide updated.
