So I have done some testing, at 1st round minato with passive done 4.2k dng. After 10 rounds it still does about 3.9-4.2k so he doesnt scale. Maybe his combo rate does scale but atk does not.

I feel like here I can ask more expierenced ppl, that played much longer during differente metas, so answers will be more precise.

So at the moment he has that interruption on mystery and stats combo no matter if enemy was tagged or not. He can dodge once and he is scaling, but not with atk +combo rate, but everytime he makes a move his critical chance is going higher.

I could post a picture, but I guess you dont know polish language. Its basically the same, he just doesnt have atk/combo rate scaling most likely. Also I feel like minato 1st position can make battles faster.
