I actually kinda disagree with that.

Sure, the Seals are priceless, but the ninja fragments aren't always useless. They aren't as...relevant as they used to be once upon a time. Besides, getting someone like WB in there is extremely good.

The fragments haven't aged well, but they CAN be put to good use...

The way to 6path is *ing hard for f2p without rare ninjas, escp 8*-9* servers, always meet someone in old server * , 1* , 2* , 4* and the reward is just not worth at all
