Hello, to answer your questions.1. You will get the coupon reward immediately once, and the the remaining items are claimable for the next 6 days. Edit : Thanks to Clazsic : Your ingot will be consumed based on the amount deposited (Purchased) which in return you will receive the coupon as immediate reward and the items claimable for next 6 days. I hope this is clear enough.2. The 10% of your recharge value is a bonus, it won't be deducted from the ingot you've recharged and it will be for everyone in the group to grab as long as the value grabbed isn't maxed yet.Thank you. Hello ninjas,the 10% rebate for the red envelope, upon sending it out to your group members it will be available for grab for 2 hours. Its unfortunate that you dislike this changes but from my player point of view, i still appreciate those charm packs given the rarity to obtain it, unlike medium refine which you can obtain from group shop.and to everyone, please don't flame this topic just because of your failure to succeed in purification/refining/charming your equipments as those are decisions you had chosen to take.Thank you.

However, the final decision would be at the hand of the management and there is no guarantee of the time it might takes.Fortunately, please rest assured as all your feedbacks are being entertained by our team and will always be in our discussions"that being said, there is no definitive answers, timeline or agreement that i can promise you i hope you understand. My End goals,to enjoy the game.. i lose a lot but that keeps me playing and thrilled.So many more ninjas to get, i am waiting to pull jigokudo and ningendo from free pull..tho currently i have 245 ningendo frags and 10 jigokudo frags.King of hell is my aim as well, still far off.I can't aim to be no.1 but as long as the patches keeps coming and there are things i wanted to obtain i'll just keep playing ;P
