Id say get kankuro to 3 stars and use him instead of lee, get karin and you can get some nice combos going with kakashi or sasuke up to you use shields to keep team alive and chase high float. use shark summon.:)

Shurado is really good keep him in the back of the bottom row. You don't need to use Hinata with an earth main, either put your main in the front with full tank talents or in the back with team buffs. Put tobi in the front on the bottom row since he can resurrect and has mystery skill evasion passive. You could probably use a healer Karin or shizune are my favorites because of poison. If you dont want to use a healer your 4 star kakashi zabuza and guy are good choices as well. if you do use tobi in front you probably want to use shields to keep him safe but his passives are good enough already to keep him alive for a while. use poison and ignite to wear down your opponents and your high life with shields to outlast them.

I dont know about fire mains but with that 4 star Gaara why not use wind ninja like kankuro and temari or even naruto. I dont like temari but ive been using kankuro since i unlocked him and hes great also Baki is a good choice but you cant start earning his frags until level 50. So in my opinion you should be goin for kankuro frags everyday to get him to 3 stars naruto would be a good choice as well because hes wind and could replace hinata as a tank with gaara passive will put a shield on him and mabie his clones im not sure tho. Just replace sasuke with kakashi for now at least until he gets to 3 stars and your team will be alot better

Since you're using shields and want to tank focus on resistance but health and defense are also important. For moods go resistance or health and dont lose 5 percent on defense health or resistance.
