If you are further in ultimate training than her, it's easier for her to get power out of ultimate training. Same story with group skills; if you're maxed with group skills but she isn't, she's still getting power out of it and you don't (20-30 power a day if you can buy it everyday). Same story with bond points; if she's lower than you, it's easier for her to get power out of it.

For ninjas that gain extra "stats" upon being hit (the cursed ninjas, sailor sakura, roshi later on), do those get added as a buff, thus being removable by ninjas with buff-removing mystery's/skills or are those added to the base stats and unremovable?

Another option is to open the F12 developer mode, go into the header (double clicking should open it). In there you should find a link with the type: text/css. changing the href from http to https should work, though it's a workaround thing instead of an actual fix.
