Actually you would also be wrong, if you look at edo itachis dream state debuff, which takes 30 chakra along with debuff removal to remove, requires u to have 30 chakra while removing it. Which means earth mains double standard mystery wont remove it if you only have 40 chakra to start with since the game still requires 30 chakra to remove the dream state, so staying consistent to this way the game works would mean that edo roshis mystery, based on the text for it, would require you to have 60 chakra WHILE using the mystery after you click it yet before the mystery goes off, to get the full damage. So, sorry, but youre wrong.

You get the chakra from roshis passive AFTER the mystery goes off so no, that wouldn't work either.

You don't gain teh chakra until after the mystery goes off though like I said so you wouldn't be able to have 60 chakra after you click the mystery and before it goes off.
