I did apply, however I don't remember exactly when I created the account. I put the last login day and the day I think I recharged. Also provided my credit card number that I recharged with 3 weeks ago, I think that's enough proof, right ?

Now is says wrong password. Is there any way I can rush the password reset? I've even provided info about recharging and the card number used. It's not 100% accurate everything because I can't remember stuff exactly what and when I recharged or when I created the account. I just hope I can get it back asap.
