Dear ninjas, We have received some reports concerning the “DNS could not be found” issue when opening our game site. The problem is caused by some malfunction with the local DNS provider in some regions. When met with these problems, please operate as the following steps: (1) Right click on network icon in the taskbar and click "Open Network and Sharing Center"
If you still have problem after operate as above, please try to login with using an VPN from another country. If VPN still didn’t work, please leave your information with the following format in this thread:
Server Time Zone: NY or LA or UK or HK Server ID: Character Name: UID:Your Country: VPN worked or not: Problem on client or browser or both: Bug Description: Error page: (need a screenshoot of the page) Naruto Online Operation Team

it's not from the dns's. it's a server eror. i tried with pings in site i have replay, but it's not working... maybe the admin will see and make something about it. we are more players affected by this, unfortunately, from the same server and we were preparing for war... hope it will get fixed soon

Indonesia having the same problem. Not everyone can easily access vpn. Browser failed to connect while client possible but keep giving request time out message here and there.

"DNS to 8.8.8.8" is mostly blocked by most of the ISP in Indonesia.

Problems with logging on regularly, with changed dns and ipv4, and slso tried vpn it would load game up to 14% then stop and gave a contact customer support message.
Vpn didnt work
Problem on browser as i am on mac
No error page on my normal wifi the website wont even load, on a vpn it pauses at 14% and gives contact customer support message.
If you could look into this that would be great, as i really enjoy Naruto online.

man kinda sux,, im ok b4 but im just prepared to work 3 hrs after that no this dns problem stike me :(( played with dns is slow for me :(
