Yea I totally agree as pretty much with that comment everything here is labeled as a ''joke''... now think of it the forum moderator be calling the very own thing that he is menaging, a joke.This is pretty much a comment that can't be ignored as this is a place where community asks help , provides information for bugs and problems in-game as well gives its own opinions about different cases in many ways as it was the poll about % tactics etc.If I would be in your place i would apologize instead of insisting on anymore on this case ,dear moderator of jokes.(not to mention you are in a way offending everyone who created ,mennages this forum and as well our very own community). edo hiruzen is definitely good and probably id say a must as its much possible the % tactics will come one day in our version as well as it was made clear that we are just delaying it and not avoiding it completely .But if we are talking for now he is still not bad as the chakra system has become a great help making his elemental dmg hit far better than it did before .But mostly hiruzen is meant to wipe out...not that much of ninja for pvp but more like sage and with condition of having a great difference in power.
