That isn't true. If it were so then you wouldn't only see on a server which on players are avarage 90K power that the only ones getting rares are low level and low power players. I have never seen a high level and power player get one on any server. I usually roll 750 into those and I never gotten since I'm high level and power. I got kisame when I was lvl 50 with barely any power. I still stand by my view that you guys at oasis do predeterminate who gets what. Just because what I've said. Low level and power players are more ''''''lucky''''''

Jiburu, I don't want to offend you or anything. But if something is free, that means you get is without spending anything. Right now, naruto online is 2 years old and you gave us 72(if I count it right) of jiraya fragments. Meaning that players have to spend the event points on him to get him which is not free. Of course you can get the mission boxes for free at least 1050 but those who don't have a friend or *t account will get only 350 points which is enough for only 5 fragments. Meaning they still won't own the ninja and they haven't even gotten anything from the mission shop, because they are forced to spend on that to get the 'anniversary free ninja'. Please think about this one and either give us the jiraya fragments or don't. The inbetveen it just an awful choice.

[PVP] Why does wind main

2 round immunity for female character only. Also she can provide that buff to only 1 other female. Can clear mystery yet hers doesn't deal dmg which puts the wind main to a support tole which I think is awesome. The clones usually gets destroyed via standards or mysteries and they are just there for 'meat shield'. About the combo rate and dmg I'm not so sure about. Still I don't think it's unbalanced. What I think is unballanced the fact that LM main can give 100% resist boost to sword users and therefore the kushimaru teams are really annoying since you can't cc any of those 3 and they can get their mystery off every single round.
