No, they deliberately changed the rules. "Situation 3" specifically said that it was possible to stay in one rank without being reset. They changed the thread as soon as servers hit March 1st.It's easy to not know, as they've gotten rid of their previous statements. Here's an original idea. It's not your money, so who cares what other people spend their money on?You complaining isn't going to make Oasis drop the price on Hokage Tsunade, and why her? I didn't see you in the threads throwing a fit when they did the exact same thing with Minato and Hiruzen. You want the honest answer? Yeah, she's whale-only, and she's gonna stay whale-only for a while. She's one of the best characters in the entire game, and she's always gonna be one of the best. Why give it to an average Joe?And for the record, if someone can afford to throw away 1k as Fk you money and not think twice about it, they're probably more "well-adjusted" and living much more comfortably than somebody who's willing to throw a hissy fit online for a game that's meant to attract spenders anyway.

Not really.She's definitely insanely expensive in general, but when compared to the prices of most premium characters, she's not bad at all. Minato was the exact same price the first time he arrived, as was Sarutobi, if I'm correct. Hokage Tsunade is worlds better than both of them and is a ninja that's end game.If you have the money to spare, she's worth it, but that's the catch: "If you have the money." Hokage Tsunade's insanely good. Not many people are meant to have her on the first place. She's a reward to those that are willing to dish out that huge amount of money for the game.

Yes, Immune to Interrupt means just that. When not augmented by RoT or anything else, it's just immune to interrupt and nothing else. Mifune will ignore Iruka and Gai, but in his default state, can be stopped by any other debuff that debilitates you, like Chaos, Immobile, or Acupuncture.
