Don't quote me but I am pretty sure if you are below Six Paths you rank won't be reset. Which is why if you don't want to do arena most people will be the rank below Six Paths so they can get rewards and not have their rank reset.

That should be correct from the ruling states. Hopefully they don't change anything :p

You'll get rank points as a part of your Super Kage rewards (those shurikens) I believe, so it would be inevitable to rank up sooner or later. (Don't quote me on this, might be wrong >_

or you could lose a few fights and drop your points enough so you don't rank up every season
I believe you can't drop rank, so maybe you can go to -999.
Other people will thank you as they get their needed wins to rank up as well.
Edit: it is possible that at end of season your rank points are actually taken into account for whether you will get a new rank (ergo possible to drop rank then), so maybe for the first time you won't want to go that low, but enough so that you will fall to kage (even with the rewards), this will prove whether you can drop to -999 and be done with it forever or have to drop points every season.

your rank wont reset if its below senin, how ever you will only receive the lowest rewards until you reach senin rank at least once, after that you will recieve the max rewards and your rank will reset according to senin rank which is 12 jonin I believe.

also if you have already received senin rewards even once then your rank will reset at the beginning of the next arena season meaning next months 1st day.

This is definitely my plan. Stay in Super Kage forever. Arena to 6 path every season takes up too much time. :Q

That statement is for Super Kage and below.

If you're a 6 Path Sennin at the end of the season, you will DEFINITELY reset before the start of the new season into a Special Jonin (due to the 12 Arena Points as part of 6 Path Sennin rewards).

So even if you don't want to rank up, lets say you stop at Super Kage rank, you earn your seasonal rewards of 54 common frags, 27 rare frags, 50 seal frags and wait what's this!? 9 rank points... so wouldn't you be leveled up to Six Paths and get reset the following month. Plus! By doing that, you're helping out those who are trying to climb the ladder! ;P

Can you even drop back to super kage after the forced promotion to 6 paths at end of season? You don't lose ranks when you drop below the minimum points needed.... On the other hand, go far enough into the negatives as a super kage before season end might work.

Guess I'll have to get back up to super kage then use konohamaru, furokuroma, and enma and get a few hundred points negative so I can sit back for a while then.

Once you get promoted to 6 Paths there's no turning back, gotta wait for the reset to climb to Super Cage and make sure you don't get back up to 6 Paths.

As for going far enough into negatives. Don't have to worry about that. Even at the basic points of Super Kage (i.e. the point to hit Super Kage exactly which is 46). The rewards of 9 more points will not get you to 6 Paths. So just need to lose 9 points a season and you're gold! ;P

thing i cant stand about arena right now is in kage when ever i get a 2 strk i start faceing nothing but ppl who are super kage with things like cursed hidan or susanoo saskue like plz arena

OK,today i checked. Your rank will be reset to Ninja student. When you extract your arena reward from letter, youll get your rank increased by number of Arena rank points you got. Maybe you should get them after reaching super kage to get six paths easy.

So if you are super kage after the season rewards your rank will not reset? And if you are 6paths your rank will reset? Is that right?
