Hello, Sorry for the late reply. Ingots can take up to 24 hours to arrive. Make sure to check if they weren't issued to a different account. Recharge issues are handled by Ingame CS. They can be contacted through the "?" in the top right corner of your client or via here: https://support-center.narutowebgame.com/?lang=en-usIf you send a ticket to them please be aware in advance an initial answer can take up to 24 hours as well and that they will not reply in the weekends.

14. Cheerful Devotion Period: January 30-February 5 Requirements: Players must reach Level 30 in order to participate. How To: a) Do prayers to gain power. Pray to gain 25 power each time, every 20 power generates 1 fragment. b) Each player can receive 9 prayer attempts every day, can be ac*ulated to up to 40 attempts. c) Players can receive extra prayer attempts from Group Members. Every 5 helps from them will give 1 extra prayer attempt, up to 3 extra every week. d) Each player can only help other players twice a day. Open them in your treasure to get all sorts of character plates. b)Earn 50 points when you complete one set of character plates. c) Single character plates can be exchanged for 5 points, points can be exchanged for different rewards. 19. 13. Missions General Mobilization Look for the Mission Dealer to receive missions. Finish a mission yourself or give it to a friend to complete to get Mission Points! Period: January 9-January 15 Requirements: Players must reach Level 30 in order to participate. How To: a) In Hot Topics, go to the “Missions General Mobilization” event. In the bottom part of the event’s interface, click in “Mission Dealer” (underlined and colored in orange) to open the World Map. b) The location of the Mission Dealer will be marked with a scroll. Your character will automatically run to the Mission Dealer’s location if your click the Scroll that appears in the Map. c) The Mission Dealer can randomly appear within 3 different locations on the Map. Players need to find it by themselves, and then click it to get at most 5 missions at a time (can click Mission Dealer more than once while it is in the same location). Get and complete in total 10 missions per day. If you’re not satisfied with the missions you obtained, you can spend 5.000 Coins to cancel a specific mission, look for the Mission Dealer again to get new missions for you or your friends to complete. Players will get 5 points after completing a mission. Get an additional Missions Gift Box when you complete a mission gifted by a friend. The additional gift pack contains 10 points and some random items. Missions Gift Box is sold in the Purchase Limit Shop as well. Once the event ends, all Missions Gift Boxes in your Inventory will be reset to 0. Remember to use them on time! 14. Daily Spending Rebate Do you have Ingots to use? Use the required number of Ingots to get all sorts of valuable rewards!
