That would be the reanimated ninja treasure, seven swordsman of the mist are in that treasure, not the name of the it. Also,since the latest treasure so far in china is the reanimated ninja one, we wont get that treasure any time soon. It would be 4-5 more treasures needed to eventually reach the reanimated ninja one. Maybe a year later or more to get there

Partially they cant .The creator will give you the copyright of their product PIECE BY PIECE, but that would include some terms they want publishers to follow ( it depends) since they are the owner. And back to the piece by piece thing, no company would be that dumb to give their thing as a whole. They will gradually give the publishers codes and contents of the game . Everything will be updated stage by stage. I dont know why ppl are still asking this kind of subject. That oasis wanna milk some more money is a possible reason but it still remains the fact that they cant just publish contents on their own if tencent give them nothing new. And why tencent dont give the whole thing? It's bc that's how the market works

yeah but it is like 1500 arena or group points per frag (that was the price in taiwan before they replaced ninjas frags in the shop system with scrolls . In newer version with the scroll system, you can buy him just A BIT easier. But it's still gonna take you a whole lotta time to unlock characters to eventually reach him if you are a F2P lol

but that doesnt't mean there are no strong wind ninjas and tbh, most of the ppl who use wind main only use her as a support. Just wait when Temari swimsuit ,aka one of the most OP ninjas ever, comes out, ppl be using wind like mad as a support for Temari.

you should know the differences between a publisher and a creator. Oasis only publish the game in another language. This game is basically a copy of the Chinese version. Oasis can only intervene in events, RNG rates stuffs,... They can fix the game, they can just change team instance into this or that, the team instance you get now is from the changes in the CN version. We- are not the creators- we don't get to fix any game mechanics or ninjas by ourselves.. It's Tencent's job. And about the copy only and the sad thing of yours, pissed off bc that's how things work in the online bussiness.
