I feel really sorry for you,But my best guess is they simply use a password generator, is it possible that you actually used an easily guessed password for your account..or probably from your other games since you are using the same email..and they managed to catch you playing this game as well..The refund is somehow i don't think you will ever get since the game doesn't did anything to you its more like a human error/fault at place here.To all players, please increase your game security..you can access the security by clicking on your user login set phone / email recovery to prevent any unauthorized password change..AND never ever post anythng that may attract other players to your account like "I've been saving 300 seal scroll to be used, or i saved up 5k ingot waiting for this event" never..NEVER..Regards. This is the issue of Leader of the Top Group.1. They can't agree to have more group to take up their ranks, as GNW is never a game for 1 person despite how powerful you are.2. Nobody participate in GNW just to L, the Ling part is a process in order to create a better competitive server at the end of the day.3. Nobody like to L, so if they break up to smaller group just to get more packs it is not GREED as this attitude actually creates a better environment for every player name it new or old.4. New environment due to new players will have more successful or competitive group to join in The long run.5. Competitive environment, just in case the current Top Group lead left or being an ass to others, they can simply left to another active group that isn't new but "Comparable".6. The point you highlighted so others can have more packs when winning, the truth is at the end of EVERY GNW there is 80 packs available for grab, unfortunately ppl keep going for the 10 or 9 pack, so again is the game being stingy about packs? the answer is NO. BUT are the players being lazy to put effort to gain what they want? the answer is YES in your case.Lets change new/old players mind set make every server more competitive.Regards.

This is exactly what i've been asking people to do.Break from the Band Wagon and enjoy the packs.Why you all need to * in a Group just because you are winning it now?Make new group get packs every week and live a competitive server day in day out.There will be no more:-1. People rage quit due to 1 group hoarding everything2. People rage quit due to boredom of p2w team with all other strong f2p in it.3. People shouting their server is dead please merge, just to know it will be dead again if "Group Hoarding" still happens after that.Why you all need to be no.1 when there is not enough cake for everyones. When you can,Be no.2 and get the same slice of cake every week or Even be no.3-no.8 and get a slice of Cake every week instead of not getting any for 1 month.Now people will come and say they are playing this game to win, but really? why is there a number 1-10 in the first place if everyone wants to be no.1.Slowly gather your resources and once you've powered up the no.1 will be yours. Don't cry being plundered as you aren't losing the game just few points that you c*ways make up later on.Break up, grow, patience is virtue the system is there for you to reap the resources, instead you are asking for more when there is hardly 5 group per GNW.Regards.
