Assuming you mean the buff passive. "For every 10 chakra a ninja from your lineup uses, increases such ninja's Attack by 8% and Critical by 3%. (Stackable, this effects persists for the whole battle)" So, to answer the first: If you have a ninja that uses a 40 Chakra mystery attack, that ninja will gain (40/10 x 8%) 32% Attack and (40/10 x 3%) 12% critical. This also stacks and persists. Meaning it cannot be taken away by a ninja that removes buffs/debuffs and it can be done multiple times. So if you use an Edo Minato mystery every round, it will gain 32% attack and 12% critical every time it mysteries. Viable with Sasuke [Rinnesharingan]? Not really. Her chase will not get used by Sasuke at all unless it is with your other lineups, and the main reason to use Sasuke is with his passive skill trial where he has a 0 CD/Chakra mystery when you have more than 70 chakra. Which the Kushina's passive will not be used because it doesnt use any chakra.

In fact, using Sasuke is worse because if you have a mystery cost of zero, you don't get any benefit from Kushina's passive.

Some things are carry over from other versions of the game. Havent checked in awhile but it used to say that you can get Tobirama [Hokage] and Tsunade [Hokage] from the Seal Treasure because other versions of the game have that treasure reworked to include them as gold ninjas. Just another one of those things that slip through the many cracks of the devs.

depends if you use Sasuke Rinne sharingan a lot (Jugo is a bit better, but Suigetsu is still good) or if you use Madara [GNW] or Kakuzu [EGF] (suigetsu). Overall, i'd say suigetsu would be better.

Yes, because the breakthroughs for Hashirama, Tobirama, and Danzo were some of the first ones in the game. The game used to follow strictly to the CN version. But then oasis decided to make more money balance them and made it a 4 star requirement.

Suggesting something on the forums here is just as likely to happen as an asteroid hitting the Earth. Sure, it happens, but thats because they had already planned it to. Honestly, feedback and events is on like a 4-6 month lag from when it gets introduced by someone and then actually gets implemented. I remember way back when there was a heavy whale on my server requested Hokage Minato to be in events. Said on live streams he would spend massively for it. Took about 5 months of him constantly talking about it before it got implemented. And in an RNG mode where he recharged a lot of it. And didn't get it. Then when he finally came to events (Konoha Great Tree) he recruited him, got him to 5 stars, and got extra frags to get his skill break. As for what keeps me playing. Just cause I have the spare time for it and it doesnt take up too much of my time anymore. Do my daily stuff in 15 minutes (which only takes that long cause I dont have a jonin medal and 7 minutes of clearing Ninja Exam) then AFK for the 2 hours. Get on for about an hour in the evening for TI/Convoy/Whichever evening events are that night. Used to play for hours, now its barely an hour of gameplay. I'd probably would've quit if it took up anymore of my time. Game's just not as fun anymore on my old server and most of my friends have moved onto other games (or have moved onto a newer server after coming back). At the end of the day, I still get some satisfaction out of the game, but that is quickly draining.
