Ya i understand about sometime it take a day or even a week but all that is the process of investigate the problem and give the ingots. But this time is another problem, I make a report about the recharge but the customer service not even read n response at all yet to the report been made. So i really hope any moderator here can response to this and take action when your player do a report. Thanks.

are you sure about that? because before this i do for 1000 draw also n got 20 spins..and i got the jackpot at 20 spins..but today, i didnt get anything on 20 spins..can the moderator explain to me as i need the explain..and i have the proof for it..and what for is the jackpot stated there 20/20?

Same goes to me and everyone in my server also.. seems like after the 4.0 update, too less level 5 rune appear from 500 keys draw..as from what i can see, from 500 draw, only 2 lvl 5 runes will appeared..so i'm also asking the oasis is dis a bug or is it the new cave key draw system after 4.0? I hope moderator can answer for this question. Thank you.

Yep!! I really agreed with you about this one shadoblaze..the description about fire main skill is having a fixed chnce to ignite, but why then it doesnt ignite even it said there a fixed chance..not only fire actually, got some other skills also who said having a fixed chance but then it not applied at all..and the problem is, why only azure fang poison tai will hit everyone wthout even touch? i mean its not fair to other ninja also who having a skill with a dscription like that..and so, what for people bought minato jonin and masked man which having their skill to dodge but then the passive skill is useless? Its useless on people who bought them n try to get them but both of them still same like other ninja and no different at all..I hope they will take note about this and do some update.

Zelgadis, Its not what i mean after they hit on 2nd time..what i mean here, even they avoid it, they still got poison from the attack eventho they successfully avoid for first time..u can try out yourself to see whether they got hit by poison or not on the first time hit when both of them avoid it..u can see it yourself :)
