I don't know exactly what payment types you have available to you, but some (such as gift cards) will not require your bank's authorization so would probably work.Sorry again and have a great day!

Hello, Please rest assured that Oasis will not refuse to take your money. Usually this happens because something went wrong with the verification along the way. Transactions like this are not a simple two-step process of "money leaves account" and "money goes into vendor" - there can be a dozen or more verification steps depending on the payment type and the transactions involved. If any one of these go wrong, the transaction can be declined. At this point, your first step is to call your bank or financial institution. The most common reason for this is that the transaction was flagged as fraaudulent by the risk management department of your Financial Institution. Please call them (do not text, do not just look at your online banking and determine things are ok, actually call and speak with them) and explain the situation and ask them to investigate if any holds or risk management flags were put on your account or the transaction. Usually these holds can be cleared up, allowing you to transact as normal. If this does not work, it means there is something wrong with the verification process between bank and vendor, at which point we can only recommend you try a different payment type. Unfortunately, we cannot directly assist with recharge issues through the forum here; only the CS team found in game (whom you have already contacted) can directly investigate these issues.

Hello, This sometimes happens when you have a poor connection to the game server (not the same as a poor internet connection). Please try these steps to see if the issue can be resolved (please make sure to do all steps and do not skip any): 1) Clear the Client Cache You can clear the cache of the mini-client by clicking the cog icon in the top right of the game screen and then choosing 'clean up system' 2) Flush your DNS Cache To flush the DNS cache, you will need to click on the 'Start' *on, then 'Run' and type 'cmd' and hit enter. When the Command Prompt screen appears, type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and hit enter. 3) Reboot the PC (To be extra sure, reboot the Modem/Router too) If doing that doesn't fix it, you may need to (4) try VPN programs (and all of the servers the programs have available to you) or contacting your ISP for assistance. In extreme cases, if a VPN does not work it often means that the outage is too close to you to be routed around, meaning you will have to (5) wait until it is fixed. :( I would again recommend contacting your ISP in this scenario. If you have not received your ingots within one hour, your first step should be to contact your financial institution to see if they have put a hold on the transaction. After that, please put in a CS ticket by clicking the question mark at the upper right hand corner of your screen.Are you still having issues with this transaction, or did changing your region fix it for you?

SSP naruto is immune so wouldn't be affected by guaranteed immobile. The guarantee does not bypass immunity, it only means there's no chance of control fail. As for the healing, again, we checked this and tested and it's working fine on our end so we are unable to replicate your bug. We will need a recording of the bug if you want us to move forward on a bug report.
