Hello,Sorry for the slow response, but it sounds like you've figured this out already—all your outfit fragments can be found in the Clothing interface ( Go to Power Up, then Battle Armor, then Clothing.)If your fragments aren't showing up there, then please create a CS ticket in game by clicking on the question mark in the upper right. Hello,If you are referring to the free trial medal that early accounts receive, this is not received at the same time or level for all accounts. There's a range and a bit of randomness as to when they go out, though unfortunately we cannot give out exact details as to what the requirements are. Some people will simply receive them earlier than others. Thanks and sorry for the confusion!

Hello,Yes, unfortunately there is a bug with ETR Madara that will sometimes freeze the client when his mystery is used. The devs are aware of this, but it has been a persistent issue in some game modes (such as team instances). I will submit a bug report to them about this on your behalf to bump the issue, but for now all I can offer a workaround—avoiding using ETR's splash mystery or some of the more powerful splash mechanics should prevent this issue, especially against clones/puppets. Hello! This error message means that your account did not accept the GDPR and thus got locked after some time. It can usually be 'fixed' by the following steps: 1) Make a new character in another server 2) Fill in the GDPR information (Age and Country, it should pop up automatically to be filled in) 3) Accept the GDPR Policy by clicking the 'Cog' next to the 'Party' icon in the top right, then click 'Data Transfer Outside EEA' and then click on 'Accept'. 4) Wait 10-15 minutes 5) You should now be able to log back onto your old character and continue playing If the above steps don't resolve it for you, the only option left is to make a ticket on the CS platform ('?' icon in-game or this link:https://support-center.oasgames.com/) Thanks and have a great day!

Hello,Unfortunately you are incorrect. Before the update high battle power players were unable to do high amounts of damage due to an issue with the coding that caused their scores to reset. The increased defensive stats do, indeed, allow these players to get better scores. Thank you and have a great day!
