With that passive Nagato is no longer immune. Instead any debuffs that are directed towards him will be reflected back. This can not be supressed or removed under any cir*stance however Nagato can't relfect any irremovable debuffs such as the ignition caused by Swimsuit Konan's mystery or skillbroken Kimono Shisui's chase.

Like half_moon said it depends on your and your opponents combo rate. It is a bit more unlikely to reduce the cooldown in the first round but in the second round after you activate you mystery Naruto gets +40% combo rate and it helps him reduce the cooldown with his standard (as well as helping him to get the 5 combo per enemy hit).

[Lineup] Edo Itachi vs Rin

I wouldn't say worthless but Summer Kurenai and New Year Hashi who everyone has at this point are giving Itachi a run for his money for sure. You're probably better of saving your coupons and just staying with Summer Kurenai/New Year Hashi. Also Edo Itachi only reduces damage that is pure ninjutsu damage so he can't counter Kisames or anything else that has both Taijutsu and Ninjutsu as attribute for its attack, so for the damage reduction only Rin is pretty much always better.

Well if you are that new I suggest just *ing to the ninjas you get from Plot/Elite Instances (possibly get the ones that have skilltrials avaible to 4 stars and start getting their skillbreaks) and save your seal scrolls for later treasures like Kage or GNW Treasure and saving your coupons untill you can get an actual good ninjas from the events (which will take a long time but it's worth it in the long run).

Why treasure ninjas are no good?

Yeah a lot of those are good for an early start like I'd say the Kushi-Jinpachi-Sasori strategy might work ok until you get better ninjas that you save coupons for. Also a lot of the support ninjas you get are pretty good like those you mentioned already. I do think some others not included in the GNW Treasure are useful like Chojuro for Ninja Exams or Mifune for general support. Jinchuriki Ninjas have fallen quite a bit though, the best one right now is still just Seven Sword Style Bee for support (who you don't even get from the Jinchu Treasure) but the others like Roshi and Han aren't very useful in todays meta.

Why do people take "free ninjas" in events for granted? We didn't use to get ANY free ninjas back in the day aside from the monthly login ninja. I'm just happy we got Kidomaru skilltrials cuz can make some fun arena teams with that You want good ninjas? How about you play the game, save up coupons for months and max out a good Fuku rebate like everyone else does. It does take a long time to get to that point but with all these rebates the only way to be efficient in this game is to have patience and be active. Please don't go spending your coupons left and right the second you get them just because you "want" something and then later ask for free ninjas because you were too impatient to make actual good use of your savings. Y'all can do better than that
