Also Madara's 2nd Y Passive is not working on sosp, where he should have his mystery CD increased by 1 round. Thanks to his nin damage he doesn't get that. Plus Madara ain't got no interruption on his mystery to stop sosp.I'd say Madara is a good pos2 char, but he's definitely not a counter to sosp.
