In regards to edo tensei tag, ETR Madara does not have it in our version. The CN version of the game received an update after his release where it was added, but we have not received this update. It's possible we might get this update in the future.
In regards to the skills not working, the devs are aware of these issues and are currently working to fix them. At present there's no ETA on when a fix will happen, but hopefully it will be soon. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but thanks for bearing with us!"

Fair but half the fun is complaining. It's the same reason the term oasisbug exists for bugs we have that tencent doesn't even though it's not likely to be oasis's fault. I only came in so salty because I read the leak bt's, and 4*d+ bt'd him as soon as the servers came back from maintenance.

Also Madara's 2nd Y Passive is not working on sosp, where he should have his mystery CD increased by 1 round. Thanks to his nin damage he doesn't get that. Plus Madara ain't got no interruption on his mystery to stop sosp.
I'd say Madara is a good pos2 char, but he's definitely not a counter to sosp.
