After playing the German client for awhile, I'm really beginning to see an unfair trend US-side. Things are even unfair for those who pay - I legitimately can't find a single thing worthwhile to pay for at the moment, and can't justify shelling out $500 for Black Hidan frags who I currently have but wanted to 4 star. I would still be short 20 fragments after paying a lot more than I did the last time. 3-day events like that are a slap in the face to F2P players. F2P players make up the bulk of your player-base, without them servers start to die. When servers start to die, P2W players decide to spend their money more wisely and/or elsewhere (e.g. not your game). It's much, much easier to be F2P in the German client whereas in the US version they're tossed aside and made to feel worthless, especially when the majority of the events that are released each week completely disclude them from being able to participate because statistically it's impossible for them to attain anything that has any worth.Take care of your F2P players and they'll be more likely to spend money on the game. The servers will be healthier, which will create a healthier economy overall because people won't be worried about spending due to fear that their server is just going to die anyway - which is where I'm at right now.Also, notice that the German plates event lasts 4 days longer! Asking for a refund from the bank is a bit silly and also shady. If you spend money on the game, then you chose to do so, regardless of whether it was rigged or not bonuses were still received. There's never any guarantee that you'll receive a particular item in events that are based off of RNG.

Resigning and replacing staff would do nothing, except perhaps worsen the current problems.I don't know how Oasis works, but generally there's about a handful of people making the decisions and everyone underneath ends up gritting their teeth and following along. I'm sure that there are a lot of great people at Oasis, but money is a very powerful motivator. A team from Tencent could realistically be sent out to help manage the mess that's been created. Depending on the level of damage that's been done and the income loss that they may potentially face then it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility that some higher up's could be replaced or be seriously reprimanded.That said, my experience comes from working with a larger tech giant and things may go differently. Those who are on the forums are only a small percentage of the player base, so it's not an accurate representation of what's actually going on within the game.

I think it would be a good idea for most to take a step back and cool their spending, regardless of their position. I'd prefer to see how things pan out before dropping more $$ on a potentially doomed game. Things definitely need to be addressed in a more thorough manner and actions speak louder than words.

I agree with you in a number of ways, but I am happy that they are making an attempt to involve the community in large decisions. It's something that developers on Steam regularly do but it's in a more condensed setting with a presumably smaller player base.I do think that the community aspect of this game is lacking and that you would receive a much bigger (and therefore an accurate representation) response from players if you were to implement polls into the UI itself. It would be simple to even add it as an individual 'polls' *on (along with the 5 gajillion others that are on the UI, which could desperately use a clean up). Reward players with dumb things for participating in the polls and be hopeful that ~70% of them are literate.

Server-only Sage World battles are inevitably going to be more imbalanced, as it's not separated by level and power. On my exceedingly dry server, fewer and fewer people are bothering with Sage World because they get farmed by the top ~3-5 players and don't have a chance."Players will firstly be divided by their level. Secondly, the system will distribute them by Power.""Players are first ordered by level. Players with the same level will be ordered by Power level. Then, in accordance to the Rank calculated by the system it goes in accordance to the following."There's nothing indicating that this system will fail F2P players, and until the system is implemented there's absolutely no reason to knock it down. Right now as the system is there's nothing protecting F2P players except for the P2W people they end up on the same battlefield with. This increases competition and gives F2P a chance to actually do something rather than sit in a corner and pray they don't get farmed.
