To be fair assumptions based off past facts is usually ok in most things. Hell, as humans you have to make small fast assumptions every minute. "I think that car might cut me off he/she seems like they will" based off fact of how they're swerving or moving etc.Oasis has a history of saying nothing to a bug, and thats its not a bug, or compensating with fake items that are only worth 100coupons at most. They 100% not mention that their consumption wheel was bugged out for 5+ hours. Since after the bug fix it worked out amazing for them, and people cant comprehend that the bug that stopped giving out coupons at 5K pot is what made the "rarity" of coupons at 100k Pot the reason its "not" a bug anymore.People complain about alot of tedious ..really ok things. I mean Strong approach/arena/matsuri..honestly that stuff isn't even their fault. Its just how the game is. This TI/SA bug that gave "everyone" a item and this wheel "not bug" is the type of problems that are making everyone hate them.

I also want to be clear. I didn't chargeback because Oasis rigs the odds of survival trial/wheels etc. That is assumed on these games. Oasis isn't the first or last to do it.However this weeks consumption Wheel, they legit lied and tried to edit the rates. The wheel gives out a certain rng chance of 5 or 10% coupons when spent, based on math, which i wont bore you with that wheel will constantly be around a pot of 4,500$-5,500$ coupons.1)The wheel went from 5k prize pool every day for 4 full days.2)The game team from oasis heard from game liasons that people were spending tons of ingots because of the coupons being given out.3)The game team tried to mess with the events, however, they don't know the programming involved since events are copy pasted from China.4)People realized all of a sudden no coupons were given out at all.5)The game team 4 hours later in QQ chat acknowledge it was not giving out 5 or 10% but was not sure what was happening.6)The game team found the bug and fixed it. Pot was already up to 40k at this time.7)Because the Pot became so huge the odds of winning 5/10% coupons became extremely low. Thus the pot was now up to 100K.The main UK lead then said theres no problem, so they wont comment on anything. Wednesday they will just act like nothing happened.If the game team finds out I can see their QQ chat they will ban everyone who isn't a main team member. This company is a shady pos. End of storyOh and "Achroma" you wouldn't know what a bug is if it flew up into your eyeball. Your "investigation" was probably you eating some cheetos and watching *hub all day.

Just an fyi. (using *t account, main ones banned now, as it should be honestly)But I did ask my bank for a refund of 4k, and ive helped alot of people get there 1k-5k back. You might think all us medium/big spenders are joking. But heres the thing, most spenders are scared, they've never done a refund this big before.I was my first time to. So once they see us do it. And we do have proof, then it will become a rolling rock. Short term its not much money honestly. Hell Oasis might not even pay alot of it back, the credit card/bank takes the hit.
