If you mean those numbers on treasure 1 to 9, don't think they do anything now. Before you got better loot from 9s but they replaced all loot with moon points, before they used to drop cave keys/charm fragments/etc but then they replaced all drops with moon coins.

Well season ninjas are meant to be limited and reward for playin that season same for all festive ninjas for new year/chinese new year etc. All others you listed are still in events just not every week, Masked Man/Minato/Anbu Itachi are here every treasure of sage event and few others. Mizuki is a bit rarer, think he was only in his first give away event, sakuras gift and monthly event but pretty sure you can get him eventually, i have almost 4 star and i never checked him till you mentioned just now, so his frags are droping somewhere lol.

You can get him really easy from here, most people on older servers have him 5 stars and maxed booked without spending any coupons.

That was how i used to counter him when he first came out, if you are faster Edo Hashirama/Guy gate of shock/Shizuka with Kisame and wind main used to beat sosp very consistently, need kisame move 2 to stop bee otherwise sosp can't be interupted then you just get 2 free mystery in row and he can't do anything cause no chakra. But later once people got Kushina/Kakuzu breaks sosp died in our server, he loose to those 2 ninjas so bad even if they are like 50-100k lower power.

He seems good on paper but the fact that his kit is chase based means for most people he will be unusable to his full potential, most people under 700k still only have move 1 focused and rest are 15-20k stats behind so they die a lot faster. Looks like he wants team mates with knockdown to repulse chase, like Minatos or Narutos have that chase a lot. Kinda like when wind main was most op main and everyone run Mysteyr > Reset > Mystery meta, but problem is now, for most people wind main will just end up dead turn 1 or 2 lol.

Miniclient runs on very old flash version anyway, the reason you are black screening is not flash related, it's the login website being down on oasis end or something is blocking it on your end. I know some people in our group from Russia often have black screen issue and they need vpn to bypass it, because it just refuses to load from Russia but works fine if they use German or UK proxy. As for flash support, that has an easy solution, just download old version of chrome or chrome based browser and don't update it, as long as you don't use it for anything else but only playing this game, you won't have any security risks. And Flash support ending won't change anything(as i mentioned earlier miniclient actualy runs on very old flash version anyway that never gets updated, i think 16 or 21), i mean 10% of the world still use windows XP and support for that ended many years ago, it will still work just like it does now, just no more updates.

You can't restart a character but you can just make a new account if you want to start again for some reason. As for merged server list, there is no official one anywhere, maybe some bored player made one but i have never seen it.

This is oasis login server issue, it's not flash reated and it happens every few months, you just have to wait till oasis fixes it.
