[Bugs] Problems about Lost Characters / Items

Hi,yesterday I tried to connect from different PC and somehow I have lost my game play.I have entered my login credentials and main screen offered me to choose main character instead to continue with old game play.Maybe this is some exceptional situation or some kind of bug...
