[ Bugs ] I lost my game play - PLEASE HELP

Hi,

yesterday I tried to connect from different PC and somehow I have lost my game play.
I have entered my login credentials and main screen offered me to choose main character instead to continue with old game play.
Maybe this is some exceptional situation or some kind of bug... I do not know, but I know that I have good player, lot of power gained and good charactes
in my game play so I need help to get back with my game play.
I do not want to start all over again, please help.

Anyone to help?

that's kinda weird. Did you sign into a different server than your original? cuz that's really the only reason why it should ever reset your game. If that's the case, try to remember which server u usually log in2.

So, you think if I try all European servers, one will be the one with my gameplay?
I've never pay attention which server I am using.

What RoxasUchiha said. If you don't know on which server you usually play,go to offical site,login and you will find out :)
