Fire main has a debuff reflect, which comes in handy, provides a clone to protect Minato from getting controlled in the first round, the sleep standard has the potential to control an important ninja, and has a nice immunity mystery. Secondly switch out kurenai for anbu itachi. Anbu itachi can clear debuffs on 5k madara, add to the combos, and add more damage.

Idk if this would work but if you had a unit that used 20 chakra for their mystery in r2, auto might select minato+unit2's mystery instead of kakashi's mystery in space time.

Fire and Earth require a coupon tier ninja to make a decent team so I'd suggest you stay away from them for now. A decent team you could use for water is this: Darui, TenTen, Mabui x,x,x Watermain, Water main clone, x, Talents/Summon: 3,2,3, 1 or 2, 1 Lightning Tiger This team works decently, although I'd suggest you to stay with lightmain and use the kushimaru, jinpachi, and sasori team.
