Fire and Earth require a coupon tier ninja to make a decent team so I'd suggest you stay away from them for now. A decent team you could use for water is this:

Darui, TenTen, Mabui

x,x,x

Watermain, Water main clone, x,

Talents/Summon: 3,2,3, 1 or 2, 1 Lightning Tiger

This team works decently, although I'd suggest you to stay with lightmain and use the kushimaru, jinpachi, and sasori team.

Water is better for that team, cause you can give more sustain with her healing, and all 3 of them will benfit from her 40% additional healing when they use their passives.
