Not anymore. we have a lot of ninjutsu immunity, debuffs immunity ninjas, latest weaken debuff to counter blitz, also Edo Itachi I don't know about your bracket, but mine, they do have a lot of S to God tier ninjas to play against. Me... Anything over Naruto 6P any day. Even Konohamaru kid. JK But for me, Any top tier over Naruto 6P any day. KKZ > Naruto, Kushina > Naruto. Naruto has to reset with standard, Minato has chance to dodge his standard and his mystery in 1 round of turn. Meanwhile you can just bait Naruto with Minato standard and hit him with mystery over and over with scaling.

I will definitely vote NO. Many players would just transfer to another weaker server to feed on. Then that server will die and they will move on another to leech. There are spreadsheets somewhere displaying powers (and stats of their teams) of top players in each server. They're not live spreadsheets, but update regularly. Therefore you would have a rough idea which server(s) you want to transfer to feed or avoid. More traffic the game has, the worst it would get. You may have seen it already that some week maintenance took longer than the estimated time.
