People out there already have him 4 star thanks to the super recharge event that comes non stop. Oasis did say that our version is going to be different than China and they were right. It's better in China.

Is this game much cheaper in China? They always do 3 star breakthru's etc? I can't imagine the ninjas like Susanoo shisui costing as much there. I am curious.
