I'm strongly opposed to the rune upgrade. This change is pointless. All it does is devalue the achievement of lvl12 runes for f2p/lowspending players and gives 1% of the 1% an actual feature. Please stop using us as as experimental material for CN. EN servers are nowhere near ready for these advancements, cause you could count people that have even 2 positions maxed on one hand. The treasure tool change was also a terrible decision, since mathematically it's pretty much unreachable within any reasonable amount of time. Right now maxing out a position is a grand challenge as a f2p player, but it's possible if you're smart with your spending. As a p2w player, it still requires some thought put into your spending. And that's a good thing. With the new tool/runes/refines that's just a completely unreachable goal for f2ps and an incredible money sink for only the biggest of whales.

Your observations are pretty accurate according to my personal experience. Technically, it is possible to do a 300 pull every 2 months completely f2p (if you save up ALL of your cps for Great Plates) and Edo Hashi is indeed around 2500-3000 pulls. I'm currently at around 1600 pulls (including free ones) and sitting at 47 frags. Ofc, if you gonna whale 500 seal scrolls every month for those 2 extra frags you can be done in like 5-6 months, but then again, I wouldn't consider Edo Hashirama an F2P ninja by any stretch of the imagination :D

Might I suggest a replacement for team #4? Madara [Founder] instead of Sakura. You lose clears, but you get 20% buff that isn't removed, since it's an "aura" effect. And with that you c*e KoH as summon for added cancer :D Edit: oh, and r2 you get Madara's mystery as well ofc

What's the formula for stacking buffs anyway? Let's say we have a Minato attacking while under the effects of Iruka's Passive (30%), a barrier (40%) and a WM's passive (40%). Is the net increase 30+40+40=110% or 1.3*1.4*1.4=2.548 (154.8%)? EDIT: I did some minor testing with a pretty small sample size, but it looks like the buffs are additive (i.e. 30+40+40). Confirm/debunk pls?
