http://forum.naruto.oasgames.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=17446&highlight=powersee this post and focus on their respective servers, you will see why they keep opening new servers. if you can't understand then ill say it anyway, new server = chance that a new player will over spend and pay to win players in that server and be #1, in a p2w game you don't join an active server with cashers like you in it, chances are you will get into a cash vs cash with them and because they had a huge head start vs you you won't be able to catch up even with cash since they cash too. solution? open a new server for people who want to be #1, with money that is.

from what i know these mods are not working or tied directly with the company but rather associates, gamers who volunteered and given authority to manage the forums in exchange of virtual items as a so called "salary" which isn't really a salary but rather a token of appreciation for the extra service they do. as a company, why hire a person and pay him real money in a monthly basis or so just to browse the forums and maintain it when they can just find gamers who wants to have extra authority in some aspects of the game like the forums, and give them virtual items instead of real money?.as a CEO why would i spend an lets say 1k dollar montly to pay a single person to maintain a forum and go thru all the hassle of his employment and stuffs when i can just keep all that money and find a gamer instead to do the same thing and just give him in-game items which takes like a couple of editing copy pasting of codes.
